I have less than 1 month left on my membership and plan to cancel. I will give it one more chance by visiting the Sixth street location because this one is horrible. I previously had a membership here for a couple of years prior to 2023. Yes, the building and equipment were dated then, but from what I can recall, it was clean. I loved the layout and the track, plus the large workout room on the 2nd floor is a great place to stretch when there isnt a class in session. This is why i re-joined in 2025. Unfortunately, now it's disgusting. First - The floors are filthy. Doing any kind of ab-work while lying down means having to wash hands up to the elbows prior to leaving (twice, because the water runs black). I also noticed PINK MOLD on the water fountain between the restrooms (near the check in desk) so I never use it anymore and bring extra water with me. The ladies' locker rooms smell horrible all the time. There is dust on many surfaces and equipment. I will not use the pool again because it is also not clean (lots of things floating in it, like old bandaids and bugs). From LA Fitness at the Mall to this facility, one word Depressing. Low ceilings, dark, cramped. They could have kept the LA Fitness facility and moved this to the mall. Also no welcome tour and you have to figure out the facility yourself l,which is very unorganized. Disappointed

We asked for a month to month plan because we didn't plan on being there for long and the manager snuck in that it was month to month for a year. We would have paid more for just month to month. They also tried to sneak in a personal trainer option and thank goodness I saw that and said no or it would have been a lot more.

They now outsource all of their customer service to a third party company that utilizes a lot of frustrating AI. It’s very difficult to speak to anyone that is physically at FitClub and when you do, they’re very rude. FitClub used to have a friendly local feel but this place just isn’t what it used to be, so I cancelled my membership.

Pretty sure Erin at the front counter hasn’t used any of the equipment in this place . It is unclean and poorly kept .
